Love: a year-long immersive
“Denying love is the only problem, and embracing it is the only answer. Love heals all of our relationships—to money, the body, work, sex, death, ourselves, and one another. Through the miraculous power of pure love, we let go our past history in any area and begin again.” - Marianne Williamson
Starting February 2026: A yearlong journey into the courage to be here. It is a heart-felt, presence centred, inquiry into how to live, love and lead authentically.
This journey is for those with a genuine desire:
To be true to themselves
For sustainable emotional resilience and wellbeing: tools to navigate stress, overwhelm, and mental load.
To integrate of body, mind and heart in relationships: not just ideas or techniques, but lived experience.
To be part of a like minded community: a safe, coherent, co-created space that supports light hearted inquiry.
For time and space for transformation: this year-long immersive allows insights to emerge and take root.
Radical permissiveness
To be a true person is to be yourself in every situation, along with the courage and vulnerability that entails. However, since you are composed of many parts - sometimes in harmony, at other times in conflict - being true doesn’t mean being perfect or consistent. That’s just a beautiful illusion - your humanity is more nuanced than that.
Being true means being honest with yourself, including the parts that don’t fit the image that you prefer or the story you tell about who you are. Another for this honesty is love: the radical permissiveness towards all aspects of yourself, even those aspects that you have deemed unlovable.
From that kind of love comes peace that’s as tough as granite, flexible as bamboo and soft as gossamer. It is a sense of life feeling more real, more alive. To live this way is to let love reveal itself as the ground of your being. And perhaps this simple fidelity to your humanity is what is meant by a good life.
Love is contagious
We are literally wired to sense the emotions of others, not just observe them. Mirror neurons in the brain allow us to sense joy, grief, calm, or tension in someone else as if it were our own. This is why the quality of presence matters so profoundly.
When we are in community with those who are grounded and attuned, our bodies begin to borrow that regulation. Safety and coherence ripple through the nervous system.
Love, in this context, is more than a transient feeling between people. It is the coherence that arises when regulated nervous systems meet and attune. It’s the gentle exchange through which safety, trust and love can take root and flourish.

“Simplicity is the one word I’d use to say what Hung does. His presence, energy, calmness makes me feel safe. When I’ve had a situation to deal with, Hung showed me how to see things in a totally different light and not just from one side.”
“Hi Hung, I wanted to thank you so much for all your amazing teaching and wisdom as we have journeyed together over the course. I have had an incredible experience and I am very grateful and appreciative of everything you have shared with us.”
“One of the greatest outcomes has obviously been better health but aside from that so many surprising opportunities have arisen in a work capacity and also family , friends and colleagues have noticed the change in me and that has made them curious to know how the transformation has happened.”
“I think the most important thing working with people is to start the journey of “healing” with ourself. You give helpful instructions on how that is achieved. My approach to patients has changed a lot and thanks to working with you. It has shifted my understanding and made me realize how important our presence and the cultivation of our heart is. No one has ever taught us that at school. What you offer is simple, profound, courageous, powerful and progressive.”
